Rendezvény leírása

This seminar is the central event of the LTA Inclusion and Diversity. The seminar will gather 55 participants in Belgium. The main topics of the seminar are inclusion and diversity and specific focus will be put on (E+) Inclusion support measures. Participants are Erasmus+ beneficiaries (K1 and K2) in the fields of  SE, VET, HE and AE that have experience in delivering inclusion and diversity projects. Throughout the event, participants will engage in panel discussions, expert presentations, workshops, and study visits, all centred on inclusion and diversity. To ensure maximum engagement, a variety of formal and non-formal methods will be employed. Participants will have the opportunity to share their own practices in small group discussions, effectively becoming content providers. 

Expected results

• Increase the capacities of the TCA participants to improve the inclusion and diversity dimension in their current and future Erasmus+ projects.
• Establish a common understanding of those who may be considered people with fewer opportunities and set up a coherent framework for including them in the programme.
• Facilitating in-depth discussions on (E+) Inclusion support measures, their implementation, and potential improvements.
• Promoting good practice examples and maintaining the good practice collection related to projects fostering inclusion and diversity through direct involvement of participants with fewer opportunities and/or focusing on inclusion and diversity topic.
• Co-creation of Padlet platform for collecting and exchange of resources regarding inclusion and diversity.
• Providing NAs` and experts` additional support in identifying various areas for improvement and enable valuable sharing of ideas among participants.

 Collected examples and suggestions will be compiled into a compendium of practices and recommendations as a key outcome of the seminar. 

Profile of participants

Experienced KA1 and KA2 beneficiaries. The partners of the LTA on Inclusion and Diversity can send 3 participants. This TCA is also open for NAs that are not a partner of the LTA on Inclusion and Diversity.

A részvétel költségei:

A résztvevők nemzetközi utazását, ill. biztosítási költségeit a Tempus Közalapítvány Erasmus+ ifjúsági csoport, a külföldi szállás és étkezés, valamint a programhoz kapcsolódó költségeket a fogadó nemzeti iroda vagy a szervező fedezi.

A résztvevő, a programra történő utazása során felmerülő egyéb utazási költségeket (transzfer költségek),  - mint a programhoz történő résztvevői hozzájárulást - fizeti. Amennyiben a transzfer költségek és az utazáshoz kötelezően szükséges egészségügyi igazolásokhoz kapcsolódó költségek együttes összege a 10.000 forintot meghaladja, úgy a Közalapítvány egyéni kérelem benyújtását követően - egyedi elbírálás alapján - a 10.000 forint feletti összeget megtéríti a résztvevő részére.

Felhívjuk a jelentkezők figyelmét, hogy az utazás megszervezése a Tempus Közalapítvány hatáskörébe tartozik. Az esetlegesen felmerülő többletköltségeket a Tempus Közalapítvány nem állja, a keletkezett károkért felelősséget nem vállal.
