This working seminar (TCA) is scheduled by the FR01 E+ Agency, but it's managed administratively and, most importantly, logistically by the CCCA-BTP, its co-organizing partner. 

Title:

Apprenticeship Innovation Day - JIP MOBILITÉ (CCCA-BTP) 

Context:  

This working seminar is co-organized by Erasmus+ France / Education Formation in partnership with the CCCA-BTP, a French professional association dedicated to the quality of vocational training through apprenticeships in the Construction industry, managed by the social partners of this sector, and which makes European and international mobility a major challenge for enriching professionalization paths. 

The CCCA-BTP is a key partner for the Erasmus+ France Agency in the co-organization of this concrete working seminar. As a member of the Pact for Skills for the Construction Industry and an active participant in the EFVET network, the CCCA-BTP brings invaluable expertise and a strong European commitment to vocational training and skills development. 

Over 70 training centers collaborating with the CCCA-BTP and more than 2,000 apprentices are involved every year in France in the European and international mobility related to construction trades. CCCA-BTP believes that this is still not enough. He wants to continue to develop and diversify its mobility project. 

Therefore, the CCCA-BTP intends to organize the TCA, considered as Educational Innovation Days, from 7 to 9 October 2025, held in Lille (Northern France) and focused on improving the attractiveness of vocational training courses through fully integrated European and international mobility. 

The plan is to run debates and exchanges of good practices and ideas between French and other European stakeholders directly involved in vocational training for the construction industry. The goal is also to give them the opportunity to make as many contacts as possible, which could lead to new mobility projects (KA1). The aim is to set up long-term partnerships with reciprocity. 

This TCA is aimed exclusively at vocational training professionals in the construction industry. It is therefore only open to training establishments offering training programs specific to this sector, including electricity and public works. National or regional sectoral organizations specific to the construction industry may also participate. 

Expected results:

The main expected results of the TCA are: 

• To explore, through round tables, workshops, and discussion forums, how French and European training centers can leverage the added value of mobility for training purposes, benefiting all stakeholders, including companies and the training centers themselves, 
• To gain a better understanding of the different approaches to training mobility across French and European training centers, fostering an exchange of practices to enrich their own methods, 
• To present and share effective practical tools and proven best practices that support high-quality mobility experiences, 
• To strengthen connections between French and European training organizations looking for new transnational partnerships, with the aim of integrating mobility into training programs in a structured way, 
• To initiate new opportunities for Erasmus+ project collaboration.  

 Ideally, the selected participant will arrive at the working seminar with a well-developed project idea, actively seeking European partners and looking for best practices or practical tools to implement in their idea/project. 

Profile of participants:

• 20 different national agencies are ideally expected, according to the list of countries announced. Each agency will be allocated a maximum of 2 places.   
• French participants: 70 representatives and players in the field from building and civil engineering (Building and public work) training centers, i.e. directors, trainers and coordinators of European and international mobility (limited presence of institutions).  
• European participants: 50 European counterparts (school heads, vocational teachers and people in charge of organizing learner mobilities).

A részvétel költségei: 

A résztvevők nemzetközi utazását, ill. biztosítási költségeit a Tempus Közalapítvány Erasmus+ ifjúsági csoport, a külföldi szállás és étkezés, valamint a programhoz kapcsolódó költségeket a fogadó nemzeti iroda vagy a szervező fedezi.

A résztvevő, a programra történő utazása során felmerülő egyéb utazási költségeket (transzfer költségek),  - mint a programhoz történő résztvevői hozzájárulást - fizeti. Amennyiben a transzfer költségek és az utazáshoz kötelezően szükséges egészségügyi igazolásokhoz kapcsolódó költségek együttes összege a 10.000 forintot meghaladja, úgy a Közalapítvány egyéni kérelem benyújtását követően - egyedi elbírálás alapján - a 10.000 forint feletti összeget megtéríti a résztvevő részére.

Felhívjuk a jelentkezők figyelmét, hogy az utazás megszervezése a Tempus Közalapítvány hatáskörébe tartozik. Az esetlegesen felmerülő többletköltségeket a Tempus Közalapítvány nem állja, a keletkezett károkért felelősséget nem vállal.
