She has always worked in vocational education – at the beginning of her career, she taught disadvantaged students for 6 years, during which time she learnt a lot from them and will always be grateful for those years. She is also an active participant in the Digital Theme Week and Coding Week programmes as a project manager. She believes that project pedagogy provides a great opportunity to develop students' 21st century skills by combining subjects. Due to this reason, she is happy that for 2 years, she has had the opportunity to work on projects with the students in school lessons within the framework of the subject of ‘ICT project work’.
Her projects are connected to vocational education and training; she considers it particularly important, as students in vocational education and training greatly need to participate in cooperative work that develops skills that are significant in the 21st century. Project-based development of skills perfectly suited to theme weeks or the eTwinning programmes. That is why she views projects as a kind of bridge between school and the world of work. According to her experience, although there is a great demand for introducing education supported by digital methods in schools, frequently, due to the lack of appropriate professional support or background, teachers do not even dare to try it. She likes to provide practical lessons and workshops that can be implemented in the classroom even the next day, and which can be connected to eTwinning and project pedagogy.
